Terms of Service

What GSM is
GSM (Game. Set. Match.) is a personal tennis record. You log your own matches and tournaments, and GSM shows you statistics calculated from them.
GSM is not affiliated with any tennis federation, tournament organiser, or ranking body. Nothing in GSM is an official result or an official ranking.
Your account
You need an account to use GSM. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country. If you are under 18, get a parent or guardian to agree on your behalf.
Your data belongs to you
The matches, tournaments, notes and photos you add are yours. You can export everything as JSON at any time from Settings, and you can delete your account — along with everything in it — from the same page.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Other people in your data
When you record a match you record another person’s name and result, and you may upload a photo that includes them. Only record people you actually played, and only upload photos you have the right to share.
If someone asks you to remove their name or a photo of them, please do. If they contact us directly, we may remove it for you.
Paid features
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions purchased monthly renew automatically until cancelled; annual access purchased by code does not auto-renew.
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If something is genuinely broken and we cannot fix it, contact us and we will sort out a refund.
What we do not promise
GSM is provided as-is. We try hard to keep it running and to keep your data safe, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Statistics are calculated from what you enter. If the input is wrong, the output will be too.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the last twelve months.
Ending things
You can stop using GSM and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend an account that abuses the service — for example, fabricating results to manipulate a ranking, or uploading content that is not theirs.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use GSM after that means you accept the new terms.
